The GORE Series 600 ribbon gasket is suitable for field forming gaskets for glass lined equipment to prevent premature failure of the seal. Unlike Teflon (PTFE) jacketed gaskets, the GORE Series 600 belt gasket does not degrade performance due to chemical erosion and ensures tight sealing and durability. The gasket is chemically inert, so the user does not meet the sealing problems associated with corrosive medium or the external environment, conform to the common defects of glass lining flange gasket surface, while maintaining stable size, high sealing reliability.
