Use:

DURLONR 9600 is a bulky PTFE gasket material designed for use in chemical, pulp and paper making, food and beverage, and other general industrial processes requiring strong corrosive chemicals and piping.

The DURLONR 9600 is suitable for flanges made of steel flanges and irregular surfaces. 9600 style meets the requirements of FDA.

Component:

DURLONR 9600 is made from pure PTFE resin only. It is suitable for steel flanges and occasions requiring high compression ratio gaskets. The DURLONR 9600 is also suitable for sealing flanges with irregular surfaces. This gasket does not show the cold flow of pure PTFE, or the hardness of some other PTFE gaskets. It is well sealed, easy to cut, and easy to remove from the flange after use.

Note: the performance of the ASTM standard is measured according to the plate thickness 1/16 inches, but the ASTM F38 is measured according to the plate thickness 1/32 inches. These properties can only be used as a general reference and cannot be used as the basis for acceptance or rejection.
