PTFE gasket material

Use:

DURLON 9400 is a high performance PTFE gasket material filling, its design is used in chemical, pharmaceutical and food processing industry and equipment, pipeline and other requirements can withstand strong corrosive chemicals (including hydrofluoric acid) piping and equipment for general industrial. Style 9400 meets the requirements of the food and Drug Administration (FDA).

DURLON 9400 can also be used as gaskets for anhydrous hydrofluoric acid (AHF) tank cars, and also as building materials for situations where PTFE is not suitable for use with barium sulfate.

Component:

DURLON 9400 is composed of pure PTFE resins and carbon fibers which are uniformly blended with them.

DURLON 9400 not only does not appear as cold flow as the pure PTFE, but it also has excellent sealing, flexibility, stickiness and good cutting ability.

Note: the performance of the ASTM standard is measured according to the plate thickness 1/16 inches, but the ASTM F38 is measured according to the plate thickness 1/32 inches. These properties can only be used as a general reference and cannot be used as the basis for acceptance or rejection.
