Asbestos free compression gasket material

Use:

DURLON 7900/7925/7950 is an economic type general purpose compression gasket material plate, can be used for medium for steam, hydrocarbons and coolant pipes and equipment and OEM equipment weak corrosion condition. The gasket material is an economical substitute material under the condition that the working conditions and the use are not severe.

Component:

DURLON 79007925 and 7950 containing high strength aramid fiber, the adhesive for high quality acrylonitrile butadiene rubber (NBR).

Viscosity resistance:

All DURLON compression pad materials have done a great deal of work in developing adhesive release agents with superior adhesion resistance. All DURLON compression pad materials were successfully tested through the military standard MIL-G-24696B 300oF/48 hrs naval facility anti adhesion test.

Note: the performance of the ASTM standard is measured according to the plate thickness 1/16 inches, but the ASTM F38 is measured according to the plate thickness 1/32 inches. These properties can only be used as a general reference and cannot be used as the basis for acceptance or rejection.
